Round Brown Moroccan Leather Pouffe

Nice but smelly

I’ve had to leave it outside since its arrival. The smell is very pungent. It’s been three weeks and I still can’t bring it inside.

Product arrived with a tear in fabric and no customer service response.

I had high hopes purchasing from this brand however the customer service aspect has been an unsatisfactory experience. We received our leather pouffe however upon unpacking found a tear to the leather fabric. I sent an email to the brand on January 23rd and then a follow up on January 30th, then again today. I am yet to receive a response, and feel as though I don’t trust that I am going to get a response to resolve our concerns. Really disappointing.

Smells awful. Very unhappy.
