First time buying and very happy with the product. Had to call and check on the order, not a huge issue. The customer service was excellent in my book. Very helpful and took great care of me. Highly recommend if your looking at this product.

Pay attention when ordering

The flag and pole are great! I ordered them and received them quick. What I did not do is pay attention on what I was ordering. I did not select a mount so I did not get one. All my fault. I ordered one as soon as I realized my mistake and it was shipped quickly. The mount has been in my city for a week now but still has not been delivered. Is not a fault of Gorilla Whips, is all on the US Postal service. Put the blame ware it belongs
