It’s my size when I buy shoes on websites that’s my biggest concern thanks adobo moto for the help one size small love your channel

They run large, I have a wide foot normally wear 9.5 x-wide I purchased a dize 8.5 probably could of went down another size they work out, I like the zipper to make easy on and off! My 1st responder boots have the zipper, makes it easy when you get a call in the middle of the night, don't have to fiddle around the shoe laces! Definitely recommend them and excellent quality and price! Matt- Maine

I regret buying these boots. I was not able to use the boots since it was too big and requested a refund. So I asked for a return label. I contacted customer service. I was told to keep it and sell them on my own. They refused a return label and instructed me to pay for the return. I ended up getting half of the cost for the return. No refund. I do not recommend this company.
