It will do the job but

The bolt in the photo shows a 1/2" x 20 fine thread bolt but received just a standard thread bolt with the hole for flag

Good for the price

We use them for our rental fleet and they work. The holes are a little tight depending on the flag but a few smacks on the ground and they go in. It doesn't take much to over torque them and they will break so take care when installing.
