Power Supply

My bed quit working weeks ago and I thought this might be the problem so I ordered a new one. Apparently this was not the problem. The bed is still NOT working! I wish someone from the company would help me out as to why the adjustable frame quit working. I have completed all of the trouble shooting procedures to no avail.

I ordered the wrong part, I requested the correct one by picture only and it was sent out as soon as I returned the wrong one, I received it the same week. I am very happy my adjustable frame works after 1 year. I put it off thinking it was going to be a very expensive part and hard to replace. But I was wrong on both cases and they were very helpful! Thank you for being so helpful when I didn't order the correct part.

Power supply was great. Was able to pair my phone with the App for full operation.
