The wireless charger part doesn’t seem to work? I plug it in, a light turns on for a split second and then turns off? I’ve tried different cables and it didn’t change. I had it mounted before I noticed that part. I assumed it was a temporary issue? The mount fits/ holds my phone well, but to charge the phone I have to plug it directly into my iPhone. According to the “return policy” I can’t return it after mounting it…
