Adjustable iPhone Charging Holder with USB Cigarette Lighter Plug

A quality phone holder!

I purchased this phone holder for my husband to attach to the ProClip phone mount made for his Chevy Silverado. When he first installed it there was a problem his the assembly of the holder. He took it apart and noticed the little gear that allows the adjustable sides to open and close was a little out of place. Once he put it back in place the sides adjusted perfectly. However, we then ran into another problem with the small piece that holds the charging cable in place. When placing the phone in the holder, the cable end wouldn't reach all the way into the phone port, but after chatting online with ProClip agent, Candice, she told us exactly what to do to adjust the cable end and now it all works like a charm. ProClip's customer service is awesome through their chat system. After purchasing several phone holders that were very disappointing, my husband now is so happy with this mount and holder that he highly recommends it to anyone that asks about it!

Disappointed twice, shame on me I guess.

This was the second ProClip I have purchased, the first a handful of years ago for a different car. Both had the same issue. Not an issue with the phone holder itself, the holder is first rate without compare in my view. It’s the cable that it comes with. Basically trash. On both holders I bought, the cable stopped working within the first few weeks. Shame they cheapened out on something so easy to get right. Replaced the first one with a genuine apple cable and it’s worked for years with no issue. Now I have to buy another new cable in order to use this ProClip.
