Mistake during order fulfillment

I ordered 3 pairs of earrings. Unfortunately, one pair is inconsistent with my order: instead of moonstone earrings, I received white opal earrings. Since it was supposed to be a gift, I didn't have time to return it. I had to give what I received. Regardless of the mistake, I say that all earrings are nice.
