Caramelized Onion Vinegar

Great addition to the Lindera portfolio!

I’ve got to tell you, I’m typically skeptical of mfg’s product descriptions - but Lindera nailed it with their description of this Caramelized Onion Vinegar:“This is a wonderfully savory and decidedly unique vinegar that tastes overwhelmingly of caramelized onions with malolactic touches and a robust, smokey, background flavor that permeates throughout. This is a vinegar you can use on anything savory. Seriously; anything, just try it and you'll find yourself throwing it into salad dressings, marinades, pickling, sauces; we use it ourselves all the time!” I couldn’t say it better. I’m a retired Chef and a vinegar fanatic and I have a pantry full of vinegars that I use all of the time - and this one filled a gap for non- traditional savory applications. It’s so balanced between the caramelized onions, green onions, wild onions and wild onions plus the relatively low acidity - nice job (now please keep it in the portfolio!) I have no doubt this may even become my first subscription product. Nice job!
