I recently bought this bottom bracket as I got a new frame and the manufacturer recommended me a BB made by Token. The issue started when I placed my order and didn’t get any tracking number. Despite a couple of emails and comments on the website of the manufacturer, I did not get any reply and it wasn’t until nearly a month later when I got an automatic notification from them with details on the delivery date. I think it is important to manage customers expectations especially on the timeline, and most importantly to reply those messages from customers!
