Item faulty will not give me a free return label, so i have had a price to return it £26.10p as it is going back to china, so not worth sending it back. Never order again ftom this company, and their customer services was terrible. I have reached out to you about the faulty item and that it is under warranty ,only had the product 3 days and I emailed several times ( i do have all the emails ) and all you said was i had to pay for it to be sent back, then you will look at it, but as i said earlier it will cost me over £25 to send it back, which i should not pay as your item is faulty, but you did not want to know, so don’t respond that your customer services is there to help, so if anyone would like to see the emails , i am more than happy to show them.

My product was stolen during shipping to me. I contacted customer service, gave them photos and the required info requested. I gave heard nothing back, but Tymo had my money.
