Cream was warm as was some of the meat when it arrived. Fat trimmings were too tough to do with them what I intended. I ordered on Shop and my order was cancelled 3x with little communication as to why. I had to keep figuring it out. Then after it finally went through I was sent another invoice asking me to pay $5 more. That is horrible treatment and first customer experience but so glad they didnt go broke over me not paying the additional $5.

Great product. Fresh and flavorful.
