Heavy for size so it makes them awkward in use. Recommend making them out of aluminum. This type of swivel action is normally smoother but these aren’t. Overpriced so I don’t find value

This is the best unilateral cable attachment if you are looking for a natural feeling. It makes the cable feel like an extension of your hand. There are grooves for your hands and fingers to be supported by so slipping isnt a problem. The small shape allows for movement in any direction without torque on your wrist. What takes this attachment to the next level is separately purchasing a short loop to attach in between the strong grip and carabiner. That way you can hold the grip right against the loop instead of holding it lower to avoid the carabiner that can pinch your hand. I recommend using in combination with a daisy chain strap for an upgraded tricep rope experience. And theres nothing better for rear delt flies than these.
