Kova Box Cushion L-Shape

Just ok

The cushions on the sofa seem to be flattening faster. Th is the 2nd set I've gotten and cushions are starting to flatten and they can't be fluffed up like the back pillows.

I purchased the Kova Box cushion L shape. It’s been about a month and it continues to be comfortable. The size is exactly what I needed for my space. My only hiccup is customer service. I purchased using white glove service. 2 bases got torn, 1 base has a rip and several parts of the cushion had black stains. CS was made aware. 2 bases were replaced but now I have 2 bases that I need to call a furniture removal company to remove it then get reimbursed and I’m waiting for a response from CS regarding the 3rd base with a rip. Hoping this gets resolved soon but I emailed CS 2 weeks ago with a follow up email and am yet to get a response
