Im in my 40s with thing oily flat thinning hair. This stuff is amazing. If i use any shampoo that doesnt dry out my hair then it looks flat and get oily fast. I really didnt even need the conditioner but used it and its still not flat looking. It feels so clean like it all rinsed out out my hair didnt dry it out
