Pleasent Suprise!

Clothes dryer sounded like it had a load of rocks in it. I found Ben's Appliances and Junk on the internet with a diagnosis of worn-out drum rollers and a video showing exactly how to disassemble the dryer and remove the drum. Replaced two rollers and was back in business for less than $30.00 and a half day of work. Thanks Ben's Appliances and Junk.
