Very attractive poles that are easy to set up and use year round, as they come with snow baskets. Love'em!

First off, the design on the poles is beautiful. Theyre simple to set up and get going. The videos on the website explain the nordic walking method well. Im new to this, but excited to go to this for fitness. I used to run, but i think this will do well for me as i age (63 right now).
