Mangiafuoco Magnificent!

I just wanted to brag about how good the Fontana ovens are. I recently moved and the person who bought my last house closed the deal by keeping the Wood Fired Oven. Of course I bought another for my new home, along with all the accessories. The people at Fontana are great to work with and able to help you through any questions you might have. Everyone who comes over to our house is amazed at the pizza and other dishes we prepare in the oven.

Number Three!

We’re back to our weekly routine using our latest Fontana Forni wood-fired pizza oven. As we planned our move from New Mexico to Florida and negotiated the sale of our old home, the buyers wanted our pizza oven to be included. We agreed to include the oven knowing how easy it would be to get replacement from Fontana. Our new Mangiafuoco (our third) arrived as scheduled and we’re enjoying our weekly pizza ritual once again!

Look forward to using it

Still waiting on completion of construction on my patio so the oven is currently stored along with the desk. I wanted to store it in its packaging but the packaging is clad in wood crates and is extremely heavy. Unfortunately, the delivery company would not leave it in my garage or driveway (they left it in the street) so I had to put everything together next to the street. The desk has wheels so I could move it after it was all together. Had to remove everything from the oven in order to get it light enough to be picked up by 3 people and placed on the desk. There’s a white powder inside the oven, I’ve been meaning to ask what that is. Everything looks really nice and I can’t wait to use it.
