Great Strap but sizing a bit off

Artem makes a great product. I’d definitely buy one, but would go for the smaller size. I went with the sizing on the website for a 6.5 inch wrist and I go in between the last hole and the one before it.

Deployant buckle arrived with a bent springbar. I filled out their web form the day I received the strap for a return and requested a full refund. Received an email stating I was only ging to get a partial refund. Had to escalate and send photos before they would approve my return. Not a very positive experience.
