Rubicon DX04 - World's Lightest Electric Power Wheelchair: Foldable, Compact & Lightweight Motorized Wheelchair for Easy Travel & Mobility

My husband is very happy with his Rubicon DX04. It has given him some independence, easy to operate, smooth running and a compact size for our home. It is heavy for me to lift in spite of being described as lightweight but it was the lightest we could find.

Don't care for the seatbelt, and no instructions to install it. I don't use it every day, but, it's nice!

Before saying anything about the chair let me say Thank You! to the customer service department. They were outstanding! I asked questions before and after my purchase and Customer Service answered in a timely fashion. They even provided YouTube videos to describe their responses. Two thumbs-up! I've had the chair out on three occasions just to become accustomed to it. Road surfaces and sidewalks around me are "crowned" making it difficult to maintain a straight path. Can't complain though - it's much easier than walking!! I have not had it in a shopping mall where floors are flat and smooth but I'm sure the chair will behave much differently, and better, in that environment. So far, I am not disappointed with my purchse.
