So far I am very happy with my purchase. The shipping time was fast and the unboxing and set up took about 30 minutes. The chair is sturdy and comfortable. The only negative I have found is that the joystick is very sensitive and it’s taking time to get used to it. I would recommend this brand to anyone who is disabled like myself.

The chair has handled well on uneven ground. I’ve had trouble with the toggle, not turning the wheels when trying to go left or right however. Don’t know if I’m turning toggle too far.

Heavy at 64lbs. Make sure to fold before lifting to put into your trunk. Careful of the controller. I find it easier to lift when you lift it like cement bags. Very good on straight paths and can go faster than walking speed but not as fast as running. Can get up mild inclines and is decent with off road terrain. Have not tried mud or sand but I wouldnt want to be in those areas anyways. Controller is sensitive and takes getting used to. I consider it my own car. You can travel on a plane with this wheelchair. I opted to bring the DX14 all the way to the gate. They were not able to fit it in the cabin so they had to stow it under the plane. Good charge. I find that it lasts the entire day of adventure. Leave it overnight like a tesla and you are good to go for the next day. Charging through the controller is convient. I am looking for a replacement for the two mesh bags on the arms. They are quite small and hard to get things out of. Nice metal frame so I feel safe if I accidently hit something. Seat belt if needed. Bag opening in the back is handy but might opt for a wheelchair bag from Amazon. Foot area needs work. I often hit my ankles on the metal part holding the wheels.
