50th Birthday Necklace – 5 Rings for 5 Decades – Silver and Gold

A brilliant service. I actually ordered the wrong item (50th Birthday instead of 50th Anniversary) and didn’t realise until it was too late to prevent delivery. The actual item (a necklace) was the same for both occasions but the card in the box was wrong. A phone call to Pretty Serendipity resulted in a replacement card being sent out at no cost and I received it the following days. All I had to do was change the card insert. Thanks to Donna for all her help in resolving my problem. The necklace looks lovely, good quality and well made and well presented. I haven’t given it to her yet but she will love it. Thanks to all again for a brilliant service.
