White Gold 2mm Wonder Ring

I purchased this ring however it was too small, so have ordered the next size up, which was great. My main issue is I have been trying to organise a return of the original ring for the last 2 weeks but I am struggling to get clear guidance on the procedure via email or by messaging WhatsApp. It is a shame as the products themselves are great but better customer service would be ideal in aiding in returns.

I’m very impressed! Superb customer service. Fast delivery and great communication. The first ring didn’t fit me but easy to email and let them know. Ben was able to recommend the right size and arrange a replacement ring which fitted perfectly. Very easy to return the original ring. Every step of the process worked. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Very impressive set up!
