Good engraving, poor quality spoon

Good service and engraving. The downside is the spoon itself is very cheaply made. Had a friend who saw it and went and bought significantly better quality spoons from Dunelm and took them to a sports trophy shop where they engraved it for her. Slightly cheaper, a bit more hassle I appreciate, but significantly better product
