Packaging is difficult to use

I contacted Credo a few times about the lip balm. It is impossible to squeeze out from the tube. I do not live close by so they asked me to send a video and dispose of the product and I would be issued a credit. I still have not received a credit. I love shopping at Credo but feel with an issue as this and not being local it was made very inconvenient when contacting them that there was an issue with one of the products that were purchased.

The container ruins it

The metal tub doesn’t work well, it’s hard to get the product out and it split open after a week leaving a mess. I liked the product, it just needs a better container.

So hydrating!

This overnight mask feels wonderful going on, and I wake up with hydrated, smooth lips. I wish the tube was made up different material (I can see if being difficult to get the product out when I start running lower), but that won’t stop me from getting it again.
