TUDCA – 250 mg of Tauroursodeoxycholic Acid – 30 Vegetable Capsules

I started on my first bottle of Tudca as Dr Berg's recommendation. I have yet to experience any dramatic change but felt my leg is more flexible and relaxed.

I'll be honest, I am not sure about the best way to take this supplement (e. g. time of day, with food, without food, fatty, etc. . ). For this reason, its still unopened :(

I use it and I think it works for me… I had to look on other YouTube sites for information on the correct timing for someone who does not have their gallbladder…. I’m still not totally sure but am swinging it.
