Good quality supplement

Since starting to take this, I haven't noticed any benefits. I still have white spots in my nails, but I don't notice any gastric upset with taking it.

It's great! When I get vitamins at the store I have to look up all the ingredients to make sure they're safe. I don't have to worry about hidden fillers or unsafe ingredients with Dr. Berg products. It saves time and gives me piece of mind. Robin.
