Love my BFB extensions
My hair is long but not as long or as full as I’d like . When I recently got together with my girlfriends they remarked how great my hair looked and didn’t realize I was wearing extensions. They just thought I’d come from my hairstylist and looked amazing! Now they’re all thinking of getting extensions by BFB.

Perfect color match!
I'm a redhead so finding the perfect color match for extensions is nearly impossible since every red heads color is so vasty different but when I brought these extension into my stylist she was shocked at how well the color matched my hair! We ended up trimming them to fit my head better, blend with my natural hair and have a more natural flow and we also did a gloss on them and my hair. They look so amazing & Im so excited to wear these on my wedding day!

Quite a few speed bumps....
I ordered the Classic set after falling in love with my Up a month ago (see my review on that- the Up is wonderful!) I unfortunately didn’t have the same stellar experience this go-round. (The quality of hair and seamless weft are still both incredible. I’m extremely picky about the type of hair I use for extensions, but the quality of BFB’s hair is great!) I’m pretty disappointed in the colour, however. My set is in the shade Autumn- my Up was an absolute perfect match to my hair. Knowing that I ordered the same shade a month prior, I opened the package without looking at the tester weft. This set is a different colour than the Autumn I received in April (a lot more brown- the Classic set is on left in my photo). I took them to my hairdresser and she confirmed that I wasn’t being crazy, but was able to tone them so they matched better (an additional $50 cost). I also had quite a bit of trouble with the Shipping process. My order was under “First Class Package International Shipping 2-5 Business Days”. However, this type of Shipping Option can apparently take 14 Business Days, which I wasn’t made aware of/isn’t advertised under Shipping & Delivery. My order was unfortunately then lost by USPS. I had a bit of a turn around when figuring this out- the Contact Information to talk to a representative at USPS on BFBHair website isn’t correct, and after trying the many options both on the phone and online, I figured out it had to be BFB Hair to track the package since I live in Canada. BFB Hair could have saved me a couple of days/the headache of USPS’ automated system if they looked into it when I first inquired, rather than directing me to USPS. There was also confusion about my order being ‘On Hold’ initially, as I needed to pay an extra fee to ship it. The only option I was given to do this was through PayPal (which I don’t have for different reasons) or to use a Shipping Option that takes 4 weeks. I ended up going the PayPal route, but after sending the fee I was told that there was a mistake- my order had already been shipped and they didn’t need the additional fee. The refund I received via PayPal didn’t work initially, so that took a few e-mails to sort out. And now I have a balance in a PayPal Account that I never wanted. So quite a drawn out process to get the extensions that I was expecting. Now that the colour matches I’m happy with them & excited to wear my Classic set.
