Enjoyed it
This was our first time trying the Raclette of the Ozark. We purchased it on a lark, trying it along with our usual French and Swiss raclette for New Year’s Eve. We all enjoyed it and will buy it again.

Buttery smooth
This cheese is more on the smoother side. Less flavor full than others and great for people that don’t like the “stinky” Racelette experience. Melts smooth and tastes great. Ours had some dark spots in it, but we were told that’s normal.

This was a gift
I gave the cheese and meat as a gift to my son and family. They love it and eating together more fun. Cheese delicious this is the second we have ordered.
