Sent wrong item, still waiting on the right item

We ordered 8x8 square bags for our mini packr, and the company sent the wrong item. When I asked about it, they said I could send it back, but I'd have to pay shipping plus a restocking fee. I replied and asked why we had to pay for their mistake, and then they sent pickup tags for us to ship the box back. We sent it back, and we're still waiting for the right item to be sent out. Get the lead out!
