Duck Leg Confit 6 Legs

Been using for years. Love it.

Served my mens group. Few of them knew of duck confit, but everyone raved about them. Remarkably easy. Put all six tight together in a Pyrex pan, baked for 90 minutes at 285. Bingo.

Easy and quick to prepare: six minutes in a hot skillet and 10 minutes to cook at a lower temperature.
