Love this thing, but not sure if the red light is effective

I love this device. It’s fun to use which encourages me to keep the habit. I love the warming feature of the red light side and I love the cooling feature of the jade rollers. The only thing I’m unsure of, is whether or not the red light is effective. My esthetician has explained to me that it may only be effective if it is held in one place consistently for multiple minutes, which I probably won’t be doing. I’m open to this being debunked but I’m not an expert — just something to consider when buying this.

Does the job but stopped working after 2 weeks

It does the job, my face looks more chiseled. However, the device stopped coming on after about 2 weeks. Red light doesn't come on anymore. I would stick to a traditional ceramic gua sha.

I first saw my friend had it at our friends wedding while we were getting ready and I had to have it. Since then it’s been my go to every night. I love it and can’t wait to travel with it.
