Only recently been using this product, but really does help my matured skin, and makes it look fresher even without makeup on

Never received, FP are non responsive

Not received, and FP are not responding to my communications. I purchased the item directly off of your website. I have sent a few emails over the last three weeks advising you that I've not received my item. I was hoping you could locate the despatched item in case of a kis delivery. I did mention in one of the last emails that if I don't get a response, I might have to find alternative ways of getting your attention. So I was glad to see an email asking for a review. This review isn't about the product but the company's non-response to a customers request for information on where my item is. Please respond to my emails especially as I have spent quite a lot on the item. I have been a customer for many years. I have bought your items as gifts for my friends and family and I was hoping to try out this new item, the tri-body, however this recent experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Can’t afford to use this all the time but do love how leaves my skin feeling well moisturised.
