I am absolutely obsessed with this formula. This is the first good for my hair shampoo I've ever used that actually gives a good lather. My hair feels noticeably more full. I use this and the blue hydrating conditioner and they are a perfect pair. The pump arrived broken but the excellent customer service replaced it for me. I've seen many reviews about the pump, maybe it should be switched to a different pump? But the product itself is amazing.

My hair feels incredible after just a week of using this!

I love this shampoo and conditioner but every time I get it, I have an issue with the pump. I really think it would be best to send both the shampoo and conditioner bottles with a screw on lid and then put the pump opened separate in the same box. The pump never opens or it comes broken
