My order arrived between Friday morning and Monday afternoon from US to UK, amazing speed, thanks so much. The drink is lovely. Warm water and stir until dissolved and it's delicious. I hope soon I will feel some benefits, I take the capsules and the drink alternately. Sorry if the review isn't helpful in terms of the health benefits, I hope others will get a great improvement faster than me, but I trust Dr. Berg and the service was worth the big expense. Thanks

I can feel the difference

I have been taking magnesium carbonate regularly for a very long time. When I switched to this magnesium glycinate, I could actually tell the difference. My body felt better. The only reason I didn't rate it five stars was I wish it didn't have the flavoring. If there was a powder with no flavoring I would definitely go for that.
