Happy with this crate. It serves as her travel and sleep . She has torn thru 3 others but she won’t be able to with this.

Supposedly this carrier is "airline approved". I purchased it since it was "IATA" approved and I'd been told that was mandatory to fly a cat to Hawaii. I took the carrier to the airport for preapproval and it WAS NOT acceptable . So I spent a tremendous amount of money for something I cannot and will not be able to use.

First Impression???

I opened the box, and when I picked up the folded crate, one of the metal pins in the folding hinge fell out. Put it back in and it came part way out again. Did not make me feel confident about this product. Has not slid out since, but I am worried that I will lose one when transporting it in a folded position. I needed this crate for vacation, so did not have the option to send back and get a replacement. . . . ;-(My
