First time user of the Purple Barley Flakes

Tried these flakes after watching a video by Health Ranger. Also saw another video elsewhere about oatmeal which I have always been able to get as Glyphosate Tested. The oatmeal video also also stated some things that leaned me toward trying an alternative. I am pleased to say the Purple Barley Flakes will now replace my morning oatmeal. It is delicious and as always, Groovy Bee makes another quality, tested product that I will continue to order.
