P3 French Press Coffee Maker

Very pleased with the quality of this product, finally enjoying a flavorful, rich cup of coffee. I also received this item within a couple days of ordering. I would highly recommend this Coffee Maker.

P3 French Press Coffee Maker

This is my second ESPRO - my first smaller P3. From the first time I tried to remove the glass carafe from the plastic holder it was EXTREMELY tight and took some creative work arounds to remove for cleaning. Today, unfortunately the upper ring cracked. At least it wasn't the carafe which would have been catastrophic, for me the user! Hopefully ESPRO will send me a replacement holder.

Disappointed

Used it once and the coffee was pretty clean meaning little grounds at bottom of my cup. Once I tried to separate the baskets in order to clean them I could not separate them. I used a rubber jar opener to twist and they wouldn't budge. I sought help from the support website and it said to rinse it under hot water and watch a youtube video and still I could not twist them apart. I'm returning it at my cost since you don't provide a pre-paid label which leaves an even more bitter taste for the consumer.
