Sleek, stylish, spacious
Loved that it's super sleek, stylish and quite roomy for essentials like a laptop (with a sleeve), charger, tech accessories, make-up accessories, and a bottle
Would help to have -- a padded pocket for laptop (I had to buy a sleeve separately) and better management of straps. They come undone easily -- I bought elastic strap adjusters to lock them in place, and it has worked wonderfully.

Cheap straps
The bag itself was well-made but the straps seemed cheap and likely wouldn’t withstand regular wear and tear for years.
