Extremely happy

I'm not a particularlarly handy person and the install was still very easy. The hardest parts were drilling a big hole through the wall, setting a level surface for the condenser (use gravel and a condenser platform), and getting the air handler attached to the bracket (have a 2nd person help you ideally). Overall the unit performs perfectly fine, and is super quiet. I use it to cool a single small office so 12000 BTU is probably overkill, but it cools down the room in less than 5 minutes. I'm getting power from a non-dedicated circuit outdoor outlet and the AC hasn't tripped any breakers, which was a nice surprise as I fully expected needing to get a dedicated circuit installed.
