ElitePeel Sliding Pizza Peel

Works well. Its a bit thick on the front edge so it's difficilt to get under the edge of the pizza. Also I am concerned about structural integrity since it is made out of some reeeally light balsa-esques plywood. If it breaks, I am confident that I can make a replacement out of stronger wood without much difficulty. Great idea though! And easier than a traditional peel when you don't pile a bunch of cheese on to hold everything in place.

Very thin and does not feel stable. I am waiting for the handle to break off. After one use (5 pizzas) the matting is already starting to fray. Shipping was very slow, took about three weeks to arrive. Very dissatisfied, with all the hype I was expecting better.

I love this peel! Im just starting to make homemade pizza and I’ve had a few issues with it sticking to the peel and messing up my toppings because I didn’t have enough cornmeal on it. This thing you don’t even need any. it’s awesome!!
