Great product

I look forward to getting my pair every month through my subscription. Comfort is good, qualities is good, service is good. However, the criticism I have is the new items are not available with my subscription. Often I have to wait a few or several months for the newly released pair to become available on my subscription.

Love the underwear. Hate the wait.

I canceled my subscription 3 months into having it. It takes 2-3 weeks to receive them. I've received things faster ordering from the Wish app. Its unacceptable in my opinion considering im paying $20 for a single pair of underwear.
