Lex always does amazing with presentation and on time delieveries. Flowers are always fresh and last way longer than any others I have purchased from in the past. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to impress their loved one.

Received wrong size (2 times shorter), wrong number (was not 50 but 48 roses), wrong time (not 10am, but almost 1pm). Supposed be birthday present. When returned nobody apologizes, just said what the problem it is beautiful, said their contact senter in Bangladesh! I paid much more then received and not in time. Poor service!

The driver didn’t post a picture of the delivery so I wasn’t able to see the condition upon arrival. Different drivers have different ways of conducting the deliveries some are better and more communicative than others.
