Mega Bucket Organic Black Beans (10LB, 4535g)

Good product

I made a small batch of these beans. When I purchased these for emergency food, I did not realize how long they have to boil. They taste bland, so they need to be combined in a dish for my liking. Of course I am very happy about the nutrition part and that they are free of all toxins. The issue for me is that in a power failure situation, these would require a very long cooking time which would not be ideal in that scenario. I do have some off grid options, but none that I would give hours to make these beans. Hence the 4 star rating. Anyway, I am going to make a larger batch and freeze them for quicker use.
