Great item. It is very useful.

Very, very helpful!! Literally for the munchies. When you put in your Invisalign and the snap in these thing help you snap them on even more.

I find these munchies much better than the ones my dentist offers. The indents really give direction for the movement of my front teeth(they don't slip off when biting down). I just wish they didn't split apart so soon. I get about 2months before they split apart.
