Experienced some challenges!

The facts. Original order placed on 4/11/26 received useable kayak today 5/14/26. Eco fishing was quick in responding to the first damaged kayak and sent replacement kayak. Unfortunately the second kayak also had damage. I was very disappointed and I thought I would be in for a fight. Eco fishing was also quick to replace the second kayak damaged kayak. The bad. For me I believe in the future I will be driving to pick up my kayaks if at all possible. The 16 hour round trip would have actually been cheaper for me. Wouldn’t have missed so much time on the water. The good. I feel like Eco fishing shop cares about what they’re doing. They know their products. They did not try to up sell me even when they had opportunity. Their selection and price is excellent. Customer service is among the best I’ve experienced in person or online in the last few years. The takeaway. I experienced a less than ideal situation. I have found an online store that gives in person customer service. I plan on eco fishing shop being my first stop for kayak related products and will be ordering accessories later today.

Great Boat

This is my first kayak and it’s been great the couple times I’ve taken it out. My only complaint is I’m 5’10” and I can’t have the seat in the high position and reach the pedals comfortably. Even with the seat in the low position it has been very comfortable and still easy to stand up. Just wish I could have the seat in the high position as it does provide additional storage under the seat!

Stable Workhorse!

I have multiple Jackson Big Rig's. The stability and ability to carry my gear is amazing. I plan on purchasing two other Jackson Kayaks because of the pedal drive and stability. The Flex Drive is portable, dependable and fast. And when my kids use my kayak I do not have to worry about drive damage due to he in hull lower unit. Our other pedal drive kayaks are damaged because my kids have trouble lifting and remembering to lift them out of the water! Could not be a bigger fan.
