I ordered these 2 eyepieces because I had heard they were of good quality, and the price was perfect for me to try out with my first telescope. I was looking for something to replace the stock eyepieces that came with my telescope. I bought it used, and was gifted a baader Hyperion 31mm with it. The clarity is fantastic for the price, while not on the same level as the Baader eyepiece, these cost far less. While I would live to see how the 2" astro-tech eyepieces are, I'm not sure i would spend the money on them instead of the Baader Hyperion as they are about the same price. Along with the fact that the Astro-Tech 2" only have 3 eyepieces that only go to 21mm focal length while the Hyperion line goes to 5mm focal length, in the straight 2". The astro tech 1. 25/2" looks like there is a bushing that attaches around the 1. 25 nose piece. The Astro-Tech 2" also cost $240, while the Hyperion line is costing $220, and currently on sale for $174. That said, im pretty sure that if will be buying the 1. 25" astro-tech eyepieces in both the PF line, and the ED line. Thank you for having the 1. 25" PF line. They are a great set of eyepieces for a very low price. The also seem to be in demand as the 25mm has been sold out for a few weeks now.
