Astro-Tech 5.5mm 1.25" PF Eyepiece

Works great and brings out much more detail, very comfortable on the eye and has a great wide field view, very happy with this purchase

Great quality and eye comfort, with wonderful bright crisp views — like the other PF EPs in this series. I use them for BV’ing - highly recommended.

The Astro-Tech 5. 5mm 1. 25" PF Eyepiece is a nice performer in both my 8" f/6. 5 dob, and in my 102XLT f/9. 8 refractor, giving surprisingly sharp stars across most of the FOV. I have the 25mm and 10. 5mm in this series, too, and find they all have nice contrast. They're a great value for a budget EP in the 60°-65°FOV range.
