Got this for a GE Profile counter-depth fridge. It overhangs the shelf but a smidge but that doesn't interfere with the fridge door closing. It's sturdier than other clear caddies I've tried from big box stores. Easy to retrieve with one hand, even when heavy.

One of three Refrigerator Organizer Bins ordered arrived noticeably damaged — a sometimes problem with fragile plastic items. The problem: I have no idea how to request a replacement or a refund. Can someone at Yamazaki Home Customer Service fix this problem before I recycle-trash the damaged item and find an alternate supplier? Thank you.
