Mega Bucket Organic Amaranth (10LB, 4535g)

I've heard a lot about Amaranth but had not used it. Looking forward to grinding some of it up for some healthy bread. It was also great to know that you Mike, were giving a bucket to those people who were torn from their homes. God bless you Mike. Take care!

New Interest in Amaranth

I recently grew a small amount of amaranth (wild) primarily for the red colors, but saved the seeds, which were time-consuming to harvest. In the aftermath of hurricane Helene in my state, I chose the grain as the first bucket to donate, and received one for myself (I don't have space for more buckets, and requested a way to send the entire order to the relief effort, and got that a day or so later, but that's another story!). I was delighted that the bucket is actually divided into 5 vacuum bags, so I don't have to repackage for myself. I cooked and ate one batch, and it will be part of my efforts to consume non-processed foods.
